One highlight of my experience was the warm hospitality extended by Ms. Lakshmi at the reception. She was extremely courteous, attentive, and ensured that all my check-in and stay-related needs were addressed smoothly. Her professionalism truly enhanced my stay. The facilities provided were adequate for a short business trip, and everything ran seamlessly, allowing me to focus on my work without any hassles. However, I did find the washroom to be a bit compact, which may be an area for improvement. Overall, the comfortable atmosphere, professional service, and excellent staff interaction made my two-day stay enjoyable. I would recommend Zolo Express Leela to business travelers or anyone seeking a smooth, short-term stay in a welcoming environment.
