one of the best experiences i had in recent days. all the staff members have been trained really well. they are all proactive, smiling & cooperative. Toilet is very comfortable, in terms of the quality of faucets & other gadgets.

Decent place. Clean. Good facilities. Courteous staff. Place is bang on Kanakpura road right next to Yelchanhalli metro. 20 min by car to Art of Living International center

The property I stayed on 27/09/25 to 29/09/25 @ FRESSOTEL Kanakapura Road Benglore was very good Food was nice as of home made, hygiene Location is on main road and near to metro station so easy for transportation Service was also good and timely attended upon queries Manager Fardeen was nice and sober person and was eager to serve best to the customer

Great stay, good room quality, clean linen and clean washroom. Breakfast spread was very decent and more than what I expected. Food taste was good too. Only downside is parking, so can be little tricky for in-city visitors. Otherwise good stay option bang on Kanakapura Road, with lot of shops and eateries nearby, right opposite Manipal Hospital and just 5 mins from Yelachenahalli metro station.

Bed bugs! Faced a lot of bed bugs in the night and the hotel staff were not apologetic or compensating! My stay was terrible!
