property location I found through my office friend. There is no kitchen except in the bar. They say spa, which does not exist in the hotel, my stay amount must be refunded. I stayed expecting there is a Spa in the hotel. Totally disappointed

The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel and room was not good. Staff don't appear to be very professional. What ever was promised for the booked room category was not provided. Hotel room provided is not worth the money. Room was not well maintained with dirty walls. Amenities were not provided as mentioned in the booking details.

The staff was rude and they gave the room which was not even clean there were ash and cigarette buds everywhere and it stink of smoke and it doesn’t look anything like in the pictures there was WiFi but no network and no tv either was a terrible stay and waste of money
