First of all the building doesn't look as mentioned in the app and more over the building is having a bar and restaurant above our floor. The room which we had provided is not at all maintained properly in terms of hygiene but fortunately the attendant was polite and supportive. The building was not at all good and it was not worth that much.

The air conditioner in the room was not working, and I called almost five times for a water bottle. Each time, the hotel staff said they were sending it, but they never did. There was also no towel in the room. Overall, everything was very bad, and when I told the hotel staff that the AC was not working, they said I should cancel the booking.

No towel, the gyser wasn't working. Cockroaches in room. Air conditioning system for name sake, no cool air out of that system. Even the fan was making noise while running. Out of 2 switches, one wasn't working. Staff very uncooperative. The location of the property is the road side that is plus side.

Not worth the money; at least 35% is charged. . It is an average hotel. Because I checked in at 3pm and checked at 3am, and I was too tired, I slept. Otherwise, I would have moved to another hotel.

The room was very dusty.. In my stay of 5 days, house keeping came only once. Even after calling them again and again they never came.. One water bottle a day was supposed to be complimentary. Even after asking for it, they never have it.. asked us to take water from the can dispenser. Very poorly maintained..

The rooms were not ready at all. We were offered initially room no. 308. Completely a filthy one. Thereafter he tried to show other room 305, we hoped the same status and refused to accept any other one. The room is definitely not as shown on the pictures.
