Hotel Nandhini (JP Nagar)

When I arrived at the hotel, the entrance was under renovation and construction work was ongoing. Without giving it much thought, I checked in around 6 p.m. However, I experienced terrible disturbance from the construction noise inside the hotel—it was extremely disruptive. who assured me the noise would stop in 10 minutes, but it didn’t. The disturbance continued as if the hotel staff had no concern for their guests. There was also no kettle in the room, even though the listing mentioned one. Moreover, there is no attached restaurant—you have to go out to find food. Overall, the hotel was overpriced and offered poor service.

The stay was very mediocre. The rooms were a mess. There were cockroaches. There was no designated room service landline. The positives were the food, price and location.

I have had the most terrible experience staying in a hotel, bed bugs. Checked in at 11pm and check out at 3am and i didn't get any place to stay as the timings were not right.

Worst condition in hotel. Rats were running on bed. We had paid for 2 days but left in a day. No drinking water bed sheets were in bad condition

Worst service ever by a hotel with deluxe on name. The water bottle is also not provided to the guests. The washroom is bad, clothing is not cleaning in a proper way

Room was very bad. The pictures shown are totally different in the reality. The room was smelling soo bad and the bathroom was broken and there were cockroaches everywhere

Even after requesting they don't even provide drinking water, which is not in their policy according to them. No covers on pillows, no working ac, taps in washroom broken. Totally smell in room really very bad experience

Worst. Worst. Worst! my wife couldn't just stay in the room for 5 mins. It was not maintained at all. Suffocating, dusty, smell. Worst experience ever. She came out in 5 mins before i reached there and asked for a refund. Hotel staff told me to check with mm t for a refund, mm t keeps me on long hold, finally, you should get irritated and cut the call. We just came out of the hotel in 5 mins and still following up for the refund.

The rooms were nor at clean and low maintenance and service also very poor told that they're renovating but not sure

1. Cockroaches all over the room. 2. Ac was not working. 3. Tv also wasn't working then they cam and fixed after a very long time. 4. There was no phone connection from room to room service.

I am coming with mother for medical chekup rooms walls &rcc fungus rooms, very bad smell &worst maintenance.

No washed linen, shabby pillow cover, dirty walls, no intercom, no toiletries, torn-ed towel, smelling room, and what all i should mention i don't know

One of the worst hotel i ever stayed not worth for money, completely worst rooms and cleaning is like not at all good.
