Not a great choice of place to stay
The property was very average for the cost I paid, so no value for money. The TV not functioning, the hot kettle not working, no hot water for shower and top it all a cockroach in the room. Hygiene levels below average. I would not recommend this place.

No issues. But price too high
Good normal hotel. did not face any issues. but I felt price is bit high compared to hotel I booked a room which was mentioned as 475 sq.ft. it looked same as photos but it was hardly 150 sq.ft. not sure hotel mentioned . bathroom too small.

soloBit old rooms, but decently maintained, spacious, neat, and clean, bright light in the room suitable for reading. Breakfast, okay. Good locality. The room first allowed has one broken window. Apaar from that everything normal.

Foul smell and found dead cockroaches everywhere. Toilet is not maintained well. Overall the cost to service is pathetic. I will not recommend this property to anyone

Poor Stay
businessThe hotel demanded an extra 350 inr for unpaid tax, which was not mentioned by makemytrip. I had to pay this amount to check in. The staff was rude, and the manager refused to speak with makemytrip customer care, prioritizing a personal call instead. Very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior and hidden charges.

Comfortable, clean hotel. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Food at the restaurant was well made, portion size was large.

Due to some maintainance work from the other side of the building, we informed them to stop. But they were not unable to do. Since the instruction was from the govt. Good Family stay
The rooms are big. Book the exec rooms if you are with kids, they've got large spaces and sofa too. The tv chañnels didn't have cartoons, so my kids got bored a little. The stuff in rooms (AC, bathrooms etc.) are getting old, i told this to the manager and he replied that they were in process to change all that. The staff is courteous and helpful. overall a good short stay.

I travel-led with my family and it was a good experience in the ambient turret. Great location, great hospitality welcoming staff. The room is quite big and the food was good.

Not worth of paying so high terif
Very old room cracks in floor and toilets are pathatic. No water no channel in tv only regional channel. Staff dont care much. Thry just say we will correct everthing but dosent do. We order dinner i fimd it was not fresh it was stale food prepare in morning i think. It was not fresh. Bed are not good.
