TV not working, Bed sheet fati hui thi, matress me lumps the, khane ka order dene ke baad khana hi nhi bheja, 1 ghante baad dobara bolne par khana diya. Based on the aminities price was not justified. Breakfast was not good, there were no option only single item in breakfast. On request they given half piece of omlate that too was burnt…

The stay was very comfortable. Right from the front desk, the service was very good. Room, toilet snd bathroom were kept very neat. Room service was excellent. While checking out, i told the front desk to keep a kettle and tea bags in the room, which was missing. Had a comfortable stay in the hotel.

The worst hotel rooms are very small and no proper service and huge cost charges are huge for room that too very small and no hygienic even they are not providing water bottles. No care for customers and not even responding for multiple calls.
