Property location was close to the places we wanted to visit. Room was comfortable. Food is good. Free Private Car parking is available.

My stay was excellent.i must recommend it. I will again book it for my next trip.Everything was UPTO the mark .Cleanliness 👍thumbs up.staff was polite and humble .Narthaki make my stay comfortable and awesome . Thank you to the staff and to MMT also . I booked this trip on the basis of MMT review and I must say make my trip helped us by giving us correct picture of hotel .👍👍I was with my daughter only and I feel safe in this hotel

I have chosen this hotel as first time and felt so good people can choose this without hesitation

The hotel is located in the centre of commercial activities and very near to metro , railway station and bus stands. Good is good and the staff very courteous. I was an hour early to check in and they gave me the room without any fuss. The rooms are clean and nice and spacious. Only improvement required is to have better towels quality. Although the towels were washed and clean but were found worn out and need replacing asap. Over all an excellent experience.

This is our 2nd time visit to the property. we booked Narthaki because we really liked our 1st stay experience. But this time it was disappointing. We had to switch 3 rooms while checking in since none of the rooms resembled what we saw on the picture while booking. there were lot of miscommunication between the staff and we kept getting random calls that's meant for other customers. housekeeping was very . Their restaurant and food are the best part of our stay. Food is very good at Narthaki Boutique. The staffs were all cordial and accommodative. they just need better communication within themselves.

For one or two nights stay and if you just need the room for the night sleep then this is perfectly ok for the price.. Don’t expect a great breakfast, and again for the price it’s ok

Stayed with family. Good location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, clean washroom and breakfast spread was good.

The rooms were clean and everything was available. Staff behavior was very good. The breakfast was also good.

The food was amazing and the stay was comfortable. The only thing which was average was the toilet. The washing vase tap needs some fixing and the toilet paper holder is broken. Other than that, I had an amazing experience at Narthaki Boutique hotel.

The hotel was really nice. Room was quite clean and bathroom was maintained properly with proper hygiene and required products. Really loved the quality and cleaning of the bathroom and bedroom The breakfast served was also delicious Overall loved the property

Walking distance to landmarks, great restaurants, easy transport options—ideal for both exploring and relaxing. Checking in was effortless. The staff were outstanding: warm, welcoming, attentive without being intrusive. Every request—no matter how small—was met with enthusiasm and efficiency. They seem genuinely happy to help, which immediately sets the tone. My room was flawless. Spacious, beautifully decorated with tasteful, modern touches. The bed was supremely comfortable; linens crisp and clean. Everything worked perfectly: air-conditioning, lighting, , Wi-Fi—no fuss, no glitches. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was beyond reproach. The room smelled fresh, surfaces gleaming, bathrooms spotless down to every corner. It’s rare these days to see that level of attention to hygiene. Amenities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet was generous, varied and delicious; fresh fruit, cooked options, local specialties—all beautifully presented. complimentary water bottles—made a big difference. Even small details impressed: perfect temperature control, blackout curtains that actually work, excellent soundproofing so no outside noise disturbed my sleep, swift room service, polite housekeeping, impeccable décor that feels luxurious but not overdone. All in all, the hotel delivered beyond expectations. I left feeling refreshed, well-looked-after, and eager to return. If someone asks me for a hotel recommendation where there are no disappointments, this is it.

It was a 2 days stay at this hotel and i had booked executive deluxe room which is bigger in size but at the time of check-in they allocated deluxe room which is a smaller room. Later in the evening when i confronted him then only they changed my room. Rest was okay. Room was clean including washroom, bedsheet and linens.

Early check-in denied even after informing in advance, all this because the booking was non refundable , MMT didn’t do anything this is my last booking use this app, horrible experience, had to book a different hotel to stay and lost all the money of this booking.

The stay was great and the room was clean and tidy. Hotel is located in the vicinity of lots of local food joints and restaurants... otherwise the food at the hotel is also authentic and fresh.
