very bad experience

I was not allowed to check in, again i paid amount and took room. I am claiming a refund. Don't book this hotel.

After arriving at the hotel and showing the booking confirmation and showing the booking invoice, the reception staff was not ready to give the room at first which affected the credibility of the app.

Reception person was rude, asked how much i have paid for the room. Gave room at 4th floor, no one took my bags over there, no water in room, phone also not working. Again went down stairs to have water and climb upto 4th floor, no lift. Worst experience.

impolite staff no response mainly demands more money than booking cost no maintenance rooms , not suitable for family

Our stay was truly impressive! clean rooms, comfy beds, and great service.

Overall, the hotel met all my expectations. I loved how clean and well-organized the room was. Nice.

Staff demanded for extra charges as it is no longer associated with make my trip (becoz more than 30lacs is pending for payment) otherwise they didn't allow to checkin. If you book hotel it's waste of your money and time. I don't recommend this hotel as they do not provide anything except a room not even drinking water. If you have any other option Even at higher cost go for that do not give a chance for these fraudsters.

Very rude behaviour, very disrespectful words. We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 4 children The guy at reception didn’t allow us to check in. He was suggesting us to book separate room for children who are 2 to 7 years respectively. Important is he was very rude, n his arrogant body language even though we were addressing him as sir!

No lift

The hotel people asked for extra money at the time of checkin. The hotel denied our checkin and argued with us and the maymytrip executive for 1. 5 hrs untill he finally allowed us to checkin. He staff again demanded for extra money during the time of checkout too. Won't recommend this hotel. Total fraud/scam

Very worst experience because i have booked room in makemytrip it was show me 5 person can stay so i have booked we went 3 adults and 2 children's. I went to the room in mid night i have show my booking id in counter he told for 2 person 800 we charged your came 5 person u need to pay extra 700 i called to customer care he tried to connect room owner he didn't pick up then i paid in room at last 400 very worst bad experience
