i couldn't stay in the property as on the day i tried calling but they didn't pick the call n i wanted to shift my stay to next day but hotel staff said it's not in their hand n only mmt can do but no option to call the mmt helpdesk I couldn't experience the stay. I called the property but they didn't pick n a day after when I reached n asked them toh shift my stay for next day but they said only mmt could do this but there was no option to call you

Everything was great but the room was stinking with cigarette smell and there was no room freshener sprayed and was present there. It is really difficult to inhale it. Kindly look in to that
