Hotel Sterling Inn Near Bangalore International Airport.

good ambience and mainly staff behaviour was good I would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel. and special thanks to Mr.Sameer for your polite behaviour and support through our entire stay.

Hotel hospitality was very good. Amenities were up to the mark. There is no complain at all. It is very good.

It was good and comfortable

Bed linen were not clean, breakfast could have been better.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and had a very comfortable stay. The property is well located just off the airport road, with sufficient parking in a quiet area. Rooms are large, very clean, and maintained to a high standard. Food deliveries are allowed to the room, which is convenient. For the budget, it’s an excellent place to stay.

We were given 4 th floor but after 20 minutes of stay our hotel was changed at hotel sterling plaza because AC was not working. shifting with the child was terrible as we were planning to sleep after a tiring journey. Breakfast was good, but only south indian.

Average stay , Pros: Friendly staff , outside food allowed , Cons : Weak Wifi , No inhouse kitchen , No parking etc , No early check in , dont opt for breakfast meal here

Location is very feasible to travel to and fro from the airport. it would take 20-25 mins on a weekend. staff is very cooperative. rooms are quite big and well maintained. breakfast taste was good. the only drawback is that they don't have in-house kitchen. they procured the breakfast. but over all we enjoyed the stay.

toilet flash is not user friendly. we had booked room with breakfast but the hotel is not provides it's own breakfast but outsources the same. there is no hot water in the bathroom. Evening staff is very arrogant. plus management is very bad. we had not taken two days breakfast had also informed in advance but the same was not refunded. actually Make my trip should not allow such fake people on your site. it's like spoiling your name with them. they don't even refill body gel or shampoo once it's over and even after informing them. Evening receptionist is one without any knowledge about the hotel itself.

Rating: 2/5 My stay at Sterling Inn was, unfortunately, quite average and underwhelming. A few key reasons contributed to this impression: Lack of basic amenities: There were no toiletries provided in the bathroom, which is a basic expectation for any hotel stay. Internet access issues: Despite it being a standard offering, I wasn’t given access to the internet until I followed up multiple times. It took nearly 4 hours after check-in to get it sorted. Poor location: The hotel is located on a very narrow, dingy side street. Maneuvering my SUV through that lane was extremely difficult and inconvenient. No restaurant or vegetarian options: Perhaps the most disappointing part—there was no in-house restaurant or availability of vegetarian food nearby. For a traveler, this was a major letdown. Overall, the experience was far from satisfying. I would rate it as average at best, and not a place I’d consider returning to or recommending.

Stirling Inn is a spacious accommodation, though it doesn’t seem like from outside the employees are extremely hospitable and very neatly kept would surely recommend for anybody

I travelled alone.it was a awesome stay,neat,clean & comfortable room .The front office staff is very polite and friendly..the housekeeping staff is very good.I was alone & i need to purchase something urgently & they helped and arranged the medicine.Its near to the international Airport..I recommend people to visit at least once. Thanks to the whole staff for all their services .

The stay was good but i was expecting a refund for early check-out and i paid extra for early check in

Location is good. We checked out a little late but they didn't charge us for it. They were extremely helpful and the staff is very well-mannered. The rooms were clean and spacious. But since there are no restaurants at the hotel, the food availability is a bit tricky as they only provide South Indian food for breakfast, not including bread and butter. We had to often order food from outside, making it the only flaw. Otherwise the experience was very pleasant.

No daily cleaning , no electric kettle, no cups, no glass.

Rooms were not ready when we reached. We were trying to call the property since morning to ask them to keep room ready, but no body picked the call. There was nobody at reception when we reached. A staff person asked us to wait for manager to come. When we asked him to call the manager after 20 mins of waiting, the manager said he is having coffee and will come in some time and cut the call abruptly. Staff was not helpful. We asked to atleast give us one room until the manager comes for checkin process as we wanted to use washroom and we already have the booking for 2 rooms. He denied and asked us to use common washroom outside the hotel which was very dirty. After the checkin was done, the washroom flush was not working for one of the rooms. When we checked with the manager he confirmed that it will not work and for getting good rooms we should have come early. Handwash, soap and towels were not available in room. Room should have been prepared in advance when we have a booking. Washroom was very stinky and the sink was leaking. Washroom door was also not closing properly. Because of which room was also stinking a bit. Since this room was unbearable we checked out early from the rooms and didnt even want to wait for the breakfast. They did not even empty the dustbins. There dustbin had waste lying in them already. Bedsheet was torn.
