tab leakages,no proper brackfast no menu , breakfast also very cold looks like they don't want to serve it

picture are showing in make my trip is fake, I got horrible room bad bedsheet and toilet also messed. after complaining they show me same disgusting two rooms and i refused. i came Bangalore for my exam and I came one day early so that i can take rest and attend exam relax but the stay distroyed everything.

Room and washroom extremely cramped. Water flowing into the room from the bathroom everytime you take a shower. Not very clean as well.

Beyond expectations! From the elegant lobby to the cozy room, everything was superb. The concierge provided excellent local recommendations. I truly enjoyed my samay here.

The room is good. The stay was better, we were asked to search for parking of our car by ourselves due to unavailability of the parking facility. That's the major problem we faced during the trip. Hope it'll be taken into consideration and necessary changes will be delivered in future.
