The Sulit Whitefield

Property is overpriced . Rooms are clean but nothing great to write about, their restaurant is not functional and they arrange food from outside. Location is good but there are better options nearby . Overall not a good value for money.

Their bar and restaurant are closed for renovation, which they do not disclose on MakeMyTrip and continue charging the same amount. I was asked to order food using Swiggy/Zomato or ask them to order from a different restaurant. With a non-working bar and restaurant, how can they charge a premium like a 4 star restaurant? Also I found the hot water to be not working when I was rushing to get a shower before leaving for the airport. They sent someone to fix it, but it never got fixed by the time I left.

Place is a very neat and clean. There is always a help within few mins of call. Very courteous staffs. Breakfast has less no of items, though taste was good. The restaurant is closed and it was a trouble to order for food from the room.

No Dinner. No Room Service. Restriction of 1 bottle water pee day. no one picks up call at the reception - PATHETIC

It is not star hotel. Wrong categorisation. Services are very basic. Showers are not working properly.

Good spacious room, good facility. Excellent food and beverages even if a little expensive. I stayed here for 4 days on a business trip.

New property - location & services are good. Breakfast buffett is top quality (some may find variety to be slightly low but quality is top notch)

Ac is not of the mark. Wifi connectivity is bad. Food options for lunch and dinner are limited for veg. Will not recommend or take one more time.

Nice, clean hotel. I always prefer to stay in sulit. This my 3rd time stay in last 1and half yrs. Staff are good. Not facing any problem during my 6 days stay wef from 27/8/2024 to 2/9/2024.

Stay was good overall. Clean hotel and the food was good too in the restobar. But they can improve on the breakfast spread.

The wifi is worst here, you won't be able to attend office calls or meetings even te tv will not work properly coz of wonky internet. Food was fine. They don't have smoking rooms in the property in-spite the fact that here they show smoking rooms

the sulit whitefield is a good hotel. breakfast was very good with many options which was a great advantage. the staff was supportive and the location was also good. overall it was a peaceful safe stay. thanks mmt and the sulit 👍🏻

The hotel was perfect. Location is centered, staff is helpful and available. The only thing to improve is option in breakfast buffet.

Hotel location is perfect. Easily approachable. Checkin was smooth. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Cosmetics quality is also really good. Breakfast was decent but not great. Only negative experience was their wifi. I had a very important meet and i made a mistake by relying on their room wifi which is ye terribly slow and inconsistent. Do not rely on their wifi for your meets. Food can be ordered from restaurant below directly to the room and payment can be made hand to hand with zomato offers.
