horrible, worst stay ever in my entire life. I booked for two days and left without getting 1 day refund money.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean upon arrival — the bedsheets looked used, the bathroom had a foul odor, and the floor was dusty. Despite multiple complaints, housekeeping never came to address the issues. The staff was unhelpful and unresponsive. It took over an hour to get someone to answer a basic request for towels. The front desk staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional throughout our stay. Additionally, the amenities listed were either unavailable or in terrible condition. The Wi-Fi barely worked, the AC was noisy. For the price we paid, the service and overall experience were unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodations.

They again took 200/- per person starting for water usage, that also should come under the booking right.

The hotel was located in unhygienic place and room, bathroom was very very dirty no proper response from the staff.

No water, very dirty, no connection to television, no cooperation from hotel authorities I had to shift to some other place.

The hotel staff were asking extra rs. 300 for checking in as their minimum charge is rs. 1000 they where also asked to pay rs. 1000 extra for late check out (delayed for 4 hrs) very poor customer service i don't recommend this hotel.

It was terrible, they made me to pay extra money to confirm booking. I was helpless at the night so had to pay extra money at the hotel

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire staff was kind and helpful. Will return to this hotel.

It was one of the most terrible stays i ever had. I requested for early check in and yet they kept me waiting and even after the check in time of 12:00pm i had to keep waiting. Upon receiving the room finally it was very unclean and nothing like the picture. The beddings we not fresh the room had stains on the wall and there were lot of long hairs throughout the room and the toilet was also very dirty. It was just overall a terrible experience.

This hotel provides exceptional value for the price. Definitely worth it!.

Delayed checkin. Check in process is very slow and they make customers wait for more than one hour to handover the rooms.

Hospitality was impressive! plus, the environment was really comfortable.

Location is good. Poor ambience. And for booking they deny checkin i had to wait at the reception for one hour for the check in process.

Towel was not there, white bedsheets and comforter was used by some one it was not washed, experience is bad with this room
