Happy Stays Whitefield

No toiletries. No bottle of water in the room. They gave bottle of water which was filled by themselves. When asked for mineral water they asked for charges.No bucket and mug and water flow in shower was slow. Breakfast was packed up before the scheduled time and when served was cold.

So many cockroaches, smelly towels , cold food , pathetic condition

It is a home for cockroaches... even after complaining still I could see so many cockroaches in the room. Worst experience ever. And breakfast is cold ... tea was so cold. They don’t bother to buy a good tea pot where tea is hot. Dirty utensils , dirty and smelly towels and the list goes on. Don’t ever go to this hotel. Worst experience

I stayed at your Hotel from 6-8-2025 to 8-8-2025 felt nice and comfortable. Idid not take the complementary breakfast on 6th & 7th asI was not available then. But when I asked for B/Fast on 8th at 8-30am morning, your Dinning told me to come after 9-30am. This was odd to me.

The tv was deactivated ,not able to see channel's, even though asked them 3 times no use . Poor room quality bad environment bad stay not satisfied not visit beds not clean lights not working properly even lights gone in afternoon everyday for no reason

Room was good, clean and spacious. But there was water problem in the bathroom. We had to call each time for water. Regarding food, it was very very costly for the quantity they provide.

there was no water in room from morning 6 to i even after calling multiple times and informing.we came for a client meeting which we had to cancel because this unprofessional attitude..reception people even stopped picking the call and responding..I had to incure huge capital loss because of this
