Hotel O Lakshmana Hotel

Even make my trip is horrible. U don't respond to my calls. Actually this is not a hotel. Just a slum stay. No water to drink, no wash area. The caretaker told me that u people don't give them the money i pay. I had to pay 900 - for. Anyway i quit the very next morning since it was late night and you were not responding to my call. I lost all the money i paid. From this time i will quit your app and not recommend to anybody. Wherever i get the chance i will publish this. Thank u

no lift facility. - water bottle and soap also they no provided. - room services is not there. Stayed 2 days but they not cleaned room. - ac is not working properly, complained 2 times but they not checked. -water comes in tab very slow. One day morning water not available. If we call the number they not picking the call, again we need to go down by stair that is very difficult as i was ln 4th floor. - we need to carry luggage by own there is no staff

Very bad experience, no car parking. Staff not allowed to check in while we asked for car parking. Even when we are ready to opt for paid parking. Call customer care 5 times for refund, no response yet.

The hospitality here is amazing! they really know how to take care of their guests.

From the staff to amenities everything was disaster

On makemytrip the price was 750 rupees. After reaching the hotel with my luggage he asked me for more than 300 rupees which i paid. There is no wash basin, no tv, beds are dirty. Not provided any receipt for the 300 rupees i paid extra. Unsafe for females here. I left the hotel in the evening and booked another hotel.

Very bad experience. Bad mannered care taker. He wanted extra money as they rent their rooms at higher rate than makemytrip rate. On first day, i was told that they have no room available. I was made to stay in very bad qualify room in some nearby building which dont have a/c and mesh on windows and had dirty bathroom. Second day, i was shifted to booked accomodation which donot have even mirror and no bath soap was provided. Bathroom has floor level issue, so water was getting accumulated. Very bad experience. Pols remove this property from your listing.

My recent hotel stay was disappointing. The receptionist demanded extra money, falsely claimed no available rooms, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. The broken bed, absence of toiletries, no drinking water, and the absence of room service added to the overall negative experience.

First u will get lost finding this hotel. No Room name displayed in hotel. Receptionist will Make u regret booking again for some time. Finally he will give Room keys saying please rate 5×star. Room is ok ok to get a 6hours sleep aste. The hotel worth only 500 rs. Not worth it.
