Rooms are good and spacious Entire staff - 1 (minus 1 person) are really good and helpful coming to that 1 person.. this lady who sits at the reception, seems like a recommendation candidate. she does not know anything about customer satisfaction.. You try to checkin 1 hour early.. she will explain you the rule book and charge 200 per hour. She wont even care to listen to you. my brother came to meet me and she stopped him saying 'guests are not allowed'. 'service with a smile' is what Suraksha Stay Whitefield Hotels follow, she treats you as if you have taken loan from her and she is a collection agent. My stay was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to everything. The facilities were top-notch, with everything clean and well-maintained. The food we can order. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I loved staying at Suraksha stay Whitefield Suraksha Stay Whitefield Hotel. The staff were welcoming and approachable. The rooms are clean with a nice comfortable balcony. The location is also very feasible. I loved everything about the stay. Thank you so much

Room was good but there was lot of small cockroach in the room and secondly they don't have kitchen or restaurant in Suraksha Stay Whitefield Hotel so my booking was with breakfast but they use to order from outside and server me.

The room and the bed was excellent and comfortable. Further, the room and the washroom is very neat and clean and would like to repeat my stay on further occasion

Good location, They had netflix and other OTT, AC room and reception was helpful.
