Bee sheets and blankets were not clean , wifi not up to the mark , very slow

It's a good stay and all facility was good and staff was fully supporting safe for family say

Suraksha stay is an okey place , but our experience wasn't that great..we got room in 3rd floor , but the lift was malfunctioning.It can't go up to Third floor when you can't to go up . However once you are in 3rd floor you can hail the lift to Third floor to go down. And we booked an AC room , however the AC wasn't working properly and it was placed greatly offset from the bed and hence the cooling, however low wasn't reaching our bed.

1-Bathroom water not coming properly with shower-2-There is no hanging material for towels .Even others things are good

There was no A/C remote in the room. The washrooms were also very dirty. Pillow covers were dirty and seemed not to be changed. Tea bags were unbranded

Spaaaacious rooms, all 4-star amenities provided, very easy to find, very cooperative staff. comfortable and clean bed, outside food and drinks allowed, delivery guy comes to your room. overall excellent experience at this price.

Room service is zero, and mosquitoes were buzzing, AC and TV remote were not working, the room cleaning service is the zero, the room I left in the morning same condition without grooming in late at night when I came back

Rooms are very good and spacious. There is no food on property, however they can arrange if you tell them to. Housekeeping services are good and the staff is responsive.

I think I have done a very big mistake by booking this property..... they changed my room 3 times when I checked in at 10.30 at night ended up with very bad condition bedding

There have been several problems with water coming out of the pipes in room 306. It has not been resolved until a proper solution is found. Customer service needs some improvement.

The worst stay experience in Bangalore. The room was not clean. The receptionist lady was surprisingly very rude at the first check in interaction itself. The lift does not work. So you have to actually carry your heavy luggage up the stairs. They will not even provide a porter. It appeared as if the hotel is doing a favour by giving a room to stay. U had booked for two days. When I checked out early the receptionist asked me why have I taken an extra bottle. And since I was checking out anyways I told him in that same tone that I had booked the room for 2 days and I took 2 bottles. That is not an extra bottle. NEVER BOOK THIS STAY. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE

The property is good well maintained and clean only issue is for early check in they are charging 200 per hour i reached 6 am but check time is 12pm so i need to pay additional 1200 for stay apart from room charges
