I had originally booked a Deluxe Room at FabHotel Purplle Inn – Near Doddanekundi Metro Station, Marathahalli after reading several positive reviews. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my booking had been changed without prior notice to FabHotel Rotano Grand Marathahalli, which was not suitable for me. The room provided did not match the one shown during booking — there was no water kettle, towel, or soap, and the overall cleanliness and amenities were disappointing. The breakfast area was unhygienic and the food quality was below average. Overall, I did not receive the value for money I paid for and felt quite dissatisfied with the experience.
