I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. Firstly, I was charged an extra ₹400 without any valid explanation. The room did not have a proper working TV, which was highly inconvenient. Despite the booking details mentioning complimentary water bottles, none were provided. When I raised these concerns, the staff argued with me instead of addressing the issues politely and professionally. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on your service standards. I request a prompt resolution and a refund of the extra amount charged. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your services.
