Property was Good. Rooms are maintained well. They don't have restaurant for lunch and dinner, however they provide delicious breakfast which is optionally included in room tariff. Staff are Good.

The stay is outstanding with the mercure kcp. I would like to thank you for a warm hospitality as a senior citizen they help us a lot for a luggage assistance or escorting till the room. Special thanks to front desk person for helping me out during checkout. I wish I can stay more days.

It was wonderful stay at FabHotel BR Classic. The Hotel ambience ia very good. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. The check in process was very smooth, the room alloted to me was very neat and clean and spacious enough. The food was also Excellent ❤️

Friendly staff and great amenities like Kettle and geyser worked perfectly throughout. Staff were polite and helped us with directions. Beds were really comfortable and cozy. Everything was smooth, right from check-in to check-out. Value for money stay, very satisfied. The room was just as shown in the pictures.

Reception was prompt and made check-in seamless. Great spot in the city, everything was within walking distance. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Everything in the washroom was in working order and clean.❤️❤️

The hotel offers excellent amenities – from the well-maintained and spacious rooms, well maintained dining and restaurant and high-speed WiFi. Everything was convenient and added great value to our stay.

The bed sheet wasn’t clear, it had stains all over it and the employees were kinda shady they even came into the room without even inviting them. The ac was set at 30* and the remote was not given even when asking all day and night about it.

In booking its mentioned breakfast included,but hotel persons denied so worst condition we had in br classic hotel

Location is good but should me little bit more higen required and staff all good . Place is nearer to Banjara Hills road no 1 . Wash room higene need to be improve . All other things are good.

It was really bad the cockroach were there all around the corner and the bed sheet were really very dirty it was not good

they are asking more money for earlier check in even though the room as vacant, reception person behaviour is very bed and they are not provided breakfast,

‘done’. Stay at hotel br classic was unpleasant. The room was spacious, but there is nothing like room service. They do no even give you plates and cutlery, in case you decide to get food from outside. After lot of persecution they provided us use and throw plates, that too were chargeable. We were three adults, but even after several requests, they refused to give us more than one towel. The room was over looking the road, it was impossible to sleep due to noise. Oh, the breakfast, in morning we asked what time will they serve breakfast, we were told it will served in our room. After some time we get idlies sourced from a near by street food stall. Its a complete waste of money to stay at this place.

the pipe of washroom was broken and the lock of washroom door was also broken. i asked them to show the other rooms but they said that its the only room left. then we adjusted in that room. the room service was very poor. they only provided one towel and asked them for another towel and for that i called them atleast 5 times then they provided the towel. i asked them for water bottle for 2-3 times then after around 1 hour they provided water bottle meanwhile i went to nearby shop and purchased waterbottle. so it was very bad experience for us. you can check the washroom door lock. they might have fixed pipe but i am sure about the washroom door lock. and i checked out room at around 10:30 am. paid 25rs for water bottle. they didnt provide the complimentary water bottle. around 11:45 i got call from hotel they asked me to check out the room. then i told that stupid that i already left hotel at 10:30 am. two friends came to meet me at hotel but they said visitors are not allowed in hotel. i requested them then thet said that visitors are not allowed in their hotel then they provide 15 mins only. so overall experience was disgusting.

It was good manager was also good mr Shahnawaz good experience and a quiet stay hope to visit again

Property is in great location, rooms are spacious but not well maintained and service is very poor, staff is neither responsive nor friendly

I recently came for the first time in hyd to visit it , and found this hotel at my bidget rate and it really has big rooms

Had a stay for 3 nights. As we came here on hospital work. Hotel is on the mainroad. Transportation is very easy to any place in the city. Rooms were clean and good. Staff were so attentive. And helpfull. Price is also fair 1500 rupees per night.
