The location of the hotel is good if you are visiting Azim Premji University or anything that side of town because there is no other hotel there. While it is not particularly unsafe, it’s not a good place for single women as some room doors don’t have a lock. The entrance to the hotel through a wine shop shelf that opens like a door to reveal a lift behind it. The rooms are not very clean, the walls have stains on them, the cleaning staff doesn’t know how to change sheets, the bathroom doesn’t look very clean, the room doesn’t have basic amenities like a bedside table lamp or a electric kettle, an iron, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful but they don’t have much to offer.
