Lift was not working, no door mats are available. Room service was also not good. Receptionist behaviour is not good

They are not accepting online booking for their profits(money). They are warning me to book offline only for their money 💰 profits. Irrespective of my Office work situation. I won't prefer anyone to stay at this hotel. Other than staff and their behaviour Hotel premises is good .
