The Staff and reception was rude and unhelpful. Our MMT booking clearly said that we have complementary early check-in and late check out upto 3 hours. Although we checked in very late when mentioning we will check out late they started asking for extra money ( the room was free and no extra booking) which was not right. We got in a call with MMT still the hotel reception were not ready to talk. Please take necessary action on this property. Thanks

Terrible rooms Dirty linen and bedding. Impolite staff. No food options what so ever but sold me breakfast option charging 100 rupees extra which I never got a refund for

Location was nice But it was showing breakfast was included but hotel didn’t have kitchen Need to call room service again and again but they didn’t come

All the sheets, mattress are unhygienic condition & full of stain, location is absolute miserable. Don't get fooled by pictures... A total pathetic hotel

Stayed here for three nights and enjoyed every bit of it. Big clean rooms, great food, excellent hygiene standards, and prompt services. The location is calm but well-connected. The staff made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Nice and Specious rooms. Grocery store and food is nearly available. Price is also affordable as compared to other hotel rooms.

It had very dirty walls and bathroom. Doors from neighbouring rooms were making terrible sound at night. Near by was depressed and dirty, the dots barking disturbed at night and could not sleep.

A perfect blend of good location, serenity, and top-tier service. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Cleanliness was on point, with every area spotless. The food was fresh and tasty. This place really delivers value for money. We’ll definitely be back.

We were impressed with the hygiene standards and modern interiors. The staff was very professional, and the food was quite good. However, the view from our room was blocked by construction. Despite that, the prompt service and overall experience made it a good choice for both work and leisure.

Amazing location, lovely ambience, and professional service. The breakfast included both Western and Indian items, all fresh. Rooms were neat, with warm decor. Quiet hallways helped ensure restful nights. Very good value for what we paid. Highly recommended.

it's pathetic , Ac gets shut down automatically, foul smell is there everytime u enter into the room and there is a huge water problem as they don't have any water purifier installed
