Z Express Zen Elite

My experience at Z Express Zen Elite during my stay was very nice. The staff was courteous, the location is very convenient, easy to find and near to our office.

Room is neat and clean. No drinking water available in the room. No staff is at reception while I am checking out the hotel.

The day was comfortable with all the good amenities. The location is prime. Staff is also corporative

It was always a great experience staying at Zen Elite at Pune, they make sure that customer feel comfortable.

I have booked hotel in kharadi location but from reception they denied my arrival as they said it's early check in not possible and told me to come around 1PM.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests.

This was my second time visit at this property. First time the stay was very good everything was perfect. This time there were lot of cockroaches in my room even in bed and near the table. I asked them to put hit in my room, change the bedsheet they did but still the cockroaches were there. Hygiene should be maintained. Lil disappointed with the hygiene thing and cockroaches in the room so giving 3 stars this time. The housekeeping staff were polite and helpful.

I liked it here more than my previous stay in Kharadi. It could have been a bit cleaner, though; it wasn't the worst, though. The mattress was on the firmer side; other than that, everything was great. It was a good experience, a peaceful stay, and close proximity to all places in Kharadi. However, the neatness could have been a bit more improved, better than many overrated places, and also the mattress was not great; it was a bit on the firmer side.
