Property is pathetic , Rooms are on basement with No ventilation, No hospitality, adjacent to Nallha , I had not taken accommodation after visiting, communicated at call centre , they said they will try to shift but no call back

I'm not satisfied about this stay that hotel's location was not good. It is situated in Dharavi near a garbage dump yard and near a sewer. I included breakfast in my booking and they provide us street food puri and bahji. That was so bad. I have booked two rooms by mistake because my first booking was failed due to payment and then I booked another room . I again and again required you and Feb hotel's to refund my money but both of you are not listening. I'm very very disappointed plz refund my money.. If you are saying the location was good then once you have to visit the hotel. There was lots of water coming from window in the room . Worst To stay.

Poor location near sewage and dharavi. No complimentary water bottles. No towel , no soap in bathroom. Sink leaking. Mosquitoes all over. No proper breakfast, not even tea. Bed sheets not clean . There were condoms and sigrete in wardrobe.

This is worse hotel I ever stayed. All reviews are fake and staff is horrible even they have not provided water bottles even after requesting many time. Rooms were very dirty and not hygiene , move over location was very dangerous, we were not feeling safe. Never take your family to such horrible place. You will feel unsafe at this hotel. I will give minus rating if available. These type of hotel not even worth to give zero rating. Staff , location service were very bad.
