I room are average but the washroom are poor , very old property and too expensive

The property is easily accessible location wise and has a variety of rooms with a wide range of tariffs. One area they need to improve is AC (was getting sudden sounds of crackling in the middle) and cleanliness of bedsheets and pillow covers.

Too much, dirty n also blankets are all damage stuff also not good, never ever booking again in that hotel

No hot water, there wer cockroaches

It's very pleasant stay at bangalore, my first experience with makemy trip is very good & memorable. Which i never thought of it. I returned back to home.

Decent hotel close to majestic railway station and bus stand. Slightly old facility. Adequate parking space.

Cockroaches in room, leaking taps in bathroom, kettle not available for tea/coffee

Average experience stayed 30 years before in same hotel but now not so good experience pl improve

The location of the property and food is good. provide only 1 water bottle between 3 people. nice people.

Room was good. But the washroom should be more renovated with good quality sanitary fittings. The taps and pipe connections were leaking. There was no hot water supply. These good facilities for the club type room was extremely missing. The washroom was not properly cleaned. The washroom walls were with marks of dirt. Not cleaned properly before giving it to us. The room was overall nice. Kindly keep a watch over the room-boys or roomgirls doing up the rooms. Try to go and inspect after the cleaning and clearing of the, room before giving it to the customers. Thank you.

3. Hotel has 24 hours check in and check out. We were given 12. 00 pm check in and check out. I checked in at 10. 00 pm night and asked to check out at 12. 00 pm as per guidelines. Regards

Room is very dirty, no basic requirements like ventilation, exhaust fan in toilet, no hot water, no service at all. Totally wast of money. Only advantage is very near to bus stand & railway station.

Actual pricesnof the rooms were 1100- make my trip gave us 1500- hotel is too costly for the price taken. No proper infra, staff are too slow to work. Very prices as compared to the infra and services provided. Very bad experience from both make my trip and hotel both

Location is good. Hotel is old the amenities are same from last 10 plus years. No changes made. Washroom don't have wall shower, it takes one and half bucket water to be wasted for hot water. The restaurant is under renovation from 10 years. Management staff behavior is nice, they should focus on improvement in facilities.

Please dont stay there, thats all i can say there are more better places in that price, booked for 4 days but i left in one day couldnt bear it

Rooms and place is clean. But denied to make any arrangements for hot water when wanted to travel early in the morning

Bath room shower not working, hot water tap not working, overall bathroom not maintained properly and cleanliness. Breakfast fast is also not upto
