Not comfortable as per price so bad service no commonsense how to talk with customers very very bad condition of hotel

The room was not cleaned properly, full of cigarette and used glasses are found under the bed, toilet taps are not working.

Very ugly rooms with dirty linen, cockroaches and dust everywhere. Totally unhygienic to stay here. The room is blank and empty. Nothing inside. No soap, no towel, no water, no tv remote, no dustbin. Horrible. Will not make this mistake again.

A comfortable stay for a short trip. For an individual business trip for a shorter period it is ok rate is reasonable

Perfect location with a perfect hotel and surly a helpful l staff just needed a bit changes and will put it to another level.

I found a hotel from make my trip which is very near to rail station. Which have quality room in low budget and staff behavior is also good

No more words to say about this property. Overall it's good and they are charged early morning. Please avoid that one thing

When we reached at manjushi paradise, they told us no rooms. If u want u cancel your booking, u can. Otherwise wait 2 hours. And after 2 hours they provide a very small rooms 7*10. Again some arguments. They provide a room. But no water n no cleaning.

Did an early check in. Room had bugs bought an anti cockroach spray emptied the can and came back in evening. By night room was still full of bugs. Hotel staff again sprayed some spray. Which means i had to stay with the toxic spray. Didn't sleep well. No dust bin poor lighting not changed even after complaining. About a damaged bulb.

Hot water is not running.

I booked a double bed room at 10pm then they took me to 4th floor, which was not cleaned from ages, they opened one room and cockroaches started running out of everywhere i asked to change the room, then they opened all 8 room of that floor and every room had same story, i complained and asked them to give other room, this is what you will get, and then started asking for triple money for a cleaned room of same type, as a student if i would have that money why shouldn't i booked in other hotel, also time was 11 and i was already tired so i decided to stay in the room which had less cockroaches, but that's not all, the bedsheets were torn and they were hiding it by keeping a dirty blanket on it both pillows have black patches and they had kept it upside down so that you can't see it without turning it, the towel they gave is folded in such a way that the clean part was visible from outside but inside it was very dirty, windows were broken, the curtains which was white was looking yellow smell inside room was like you are walking in dusty environment it was a terrible experience and hope no one books here.

I paid 907 rs for 2 senior 2 children reception manager collected 400 extra for my children but single bedroom non ac. Too much crokroch in the room single table fan in our room. No extra bed. Total paid 1307. Very bad experience from the hotel and make my trip. Don't go there

When check the room. Not clean. Cockroach in side room. When i inform them they dontb care about that. So i didn't use the room. Please return my parents

The room allotted was a bit smelly but mainly it had cockroacges in bathroom n rooms. Cleaning n pest control not up to the mark. I had parked my 2 wheeler outside the premises and someone damaged it.

Rooms are unclean, so many cockroaches. Really bad experience

good faculty and near to bus stand an cleaness. privacy is good here and room service also good inside room is fully cleaned overall 👍

no hot water, no room cleaning prior to check in and also had to call multiple times and the. will respond once😩

Good for one night stay near to majestic
