It's a good stay according to my experience, but a little bit late in handing over of rooms even after pre-paid. They have to confirm that booking with their owner for every single time which is a time wasting process for customers like me.

Hotel Surya residency was a very good experience at all with all our family members. We stayed with a total of 14 members including children. All were very comfortable and the staff were friendly. This is highly recommended.

Not a good hotel experience

The Manager was not pleased that I booked as I think for offline booking the price was higher. Due to that he had a "don't care" attitude towards us. Also the rooms were not that good. The shower head was missing , the beds creaked etc. Overall it was a poor experience. Also the hotel was in a complex so when we had to catch the train in the morning the complex was closed. Then we had to wait for a person to bring the keys.

I got lice. Insect that itching my body till today. No cleanliness. No extra facility. No proper treatment. Better no to afford this hotel for stay, bedsheets are so untidy. Having lots of insects that cause severe irritation in my whole skin and body.

Unpleasant and very crowded area. Entrance areas are jammed with full of materials of surrounding merchants. No clean room. Linens are dirty horrible toilets. Full of dust it was a terrible stay

Was denied the room. Had called the support. Assurance of refund given but still not received. This is the 3 or 4th time this nonsense is happening and i don't know why i keep on trusting you people. Process the refund asap.

The staff wer so rude, while the time of checkin the reception uncle who was making entry was too rude to us and charged extra 1000 rs coz we are local and he told we don’t provide rooms for locals, and while checking out they asked us to clean the floor coz there was ice cream spill on it, when we denied to clean he started fighting, worst experience ever

First of all, the photos shown of the hotel and the original hotel are a complete mismatch. The hotel is in an unhygienic place on the second floor of a building. Secondly, the receptionist was very rude and had no idea about the online reservations which we had made. When it comes to the rooms, the bedsheets and pillow covers are very dirty. The window panes of the bathroom ventilation were entirely broken, and people in the outside area could visibly see through them. Lastly, there are no amenities like soaps, toothbrushes, or paste being provided by them.
