I didn't try the property's food, but they had an eating area where I could eat stuff ordered from outside. Additionally the renaining facilities like Wifi were decent. Also the rooms were clean

All was ok , hotel staff need to be more helpful and efficient.The breakfast they serve is just like a free meal for public...cold .. nothing in variety, absolutely HOPELESS. They can charge for it but no improvement.Stayed second time due to convenience but really would not prefer if got a better alternative. Request crystal inn do a re thinking about their hospitality. Bed sheets not clean, clean towels but stinky. Much better upkeep is possible but no initiative.

I have stayed here thrice.The location is away from the main road. So it is more calm. The bed and washrooms are kept very neat. Essentials are also provided. The location is very close to Carmellaram station. Mostly families seems to prefer this place.I felt that the staff behavior is slightly indifferent.

Location fine Road outside was broken so access was bad Internet worked when i got in but stopped working in morning Checkin time and checkout is also not standard. Its 11 to 10 Room was clean Bad smell coming as if cable had burnt

The property was close to our place so we used it just before we shifted out. It is well located and is easy to reach. The hotel itself is very clean and rooms are well maintained. The staff is very helpful here and they ensure you have a great stay.
