"While the room was satisfactory, the bathroom fell short, with the washbasin tap not functioning properly. However, the floor was clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the receptionist's attitude was unhelpful and unwelcoming. The complimentary 2-hour stay was disappointing, and the breakfast provided was subpar – it felt like we were being begrudged for receiving it."

Water was not coming in the washbasin, even after asking staff it was not fixed, ac was not working

Only one item one can have for complementary breakfast.
Where an hotel stay it can say that in breakfast you can have only one item from dosa/idli/bada. The hotel gave a coupan of udupi shop where only one item u can have in breakfast along with tea.

coupleRoom size was good. Bathroom flooring was sticky and nothing was provided from their end. Got small medimix soap. Room service and maintenance required. Morning paid breakfast gives you single dish option only.

Wonderful stay
The stay was wonderful, the service was prompt, the solitary restaurant was nice with good ambience. The breakfast spread was nice. Kudos to the business development team for the idea of first drinks on the house, made us buy few more drinks which was not in plan though. Brilliant marketing strategy. Room had no view the only negative else a 10/10 stay

Very poorly maintained
The stay was bad, bed linens was not changed from previous use. Something as basic as cleanliness was not maintained in the room. Rooms were small and dingy, tv played only kannada channels.

Maintenance very poor no wifi no cleaning. Not in a good location to stay with family and also can't go anywhere from this location ig we stay here
