    good location amenities are good but the staff is not trained and behaves as if they are frustrated with their job. Need staff who should be able to handle customers better with politeness. The team in the reception during the morning and afternoon do not know how to speak with the customer.

    Location is fine. But the checkin experience was horrible. I checked in late and there was no one at reception. Once the receptionist came in he took almost 20min to check in.

    Hotel is located at excellent location. Service quality has deteriorated. Ac not working properly, towels in bathroom are like dusters. Earlier it was a good hotel but now it is not worth.

    We ordered the food and we almost waited for more then hour then also he didn’t cane after so many calls and when he came the food was not warm enough and staff was not at all polite !

    Good position, accessibility to any part of the city. Not having proper amenities in this hotel. Suite size is good but not equipped with amenities. Tv channels are 'as it there is' type. Priority on local language channels. Room service is pathetic. Had to ask for complimentary water every day. Complimentary beverages are to be asked every day for refilling. Staff are adamant. As if they are showing mercy to the boarders by replying them to the specific service questions.

    Near place to bus stop majestic anand rao circle, railway station. Good ambiance good tiffens avaliable. But flush not working properly. Every time have to request for door lock opening. As key not been recharged
