Property was good but little bit small room Food was excellent Location and facilities were superb Car parking is available.

It was a nice experience staying first time solo. The hotel has a homely feels in the middle of the city. Overall a budget friendly safe stay. Thanks Iris Suites!

Bad location with cramped burning between 2 buildings like a sandwich. No ventilation at all and we could see opposite building bathroom window from balcony .. I downgraded myself for some airy room

Excellent Rooms and Room service is Top notch with a High meal breakfast Complimentary provided on the ground floor! Highly recommend this suites and Thanks to the receptionist Sultan Sir for reducing the late check out tariff as per the request

We as a family stayed here for one night and it was a very splendid stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. Room service and breakfast was good and complementary. The staff was very friendly and promptly responding to our needs. We recommend it.

Location is calm and there are tall trees in front of the hotel making it look like a forest. Though just a little away from the busy bannerughatta road. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lenin too is clean. Food is average. The breakfast served could have been better in quality, though the number of items being limited is fine.

Property located in a residential area. Breakfast was not worthy of mention. Very limited choices and very poor service. The room was quite decent with all facilities for a good and enjoyable stay. The staff was really very accommodating and helpful as well.

The property is ok. But could hear lot of noise from outside ( people talking, gas cylinder moving and vessels usage sound)
