Review Of Hotel Arafa Inn

I was tired after 14 hours of journey when i reached the hotel at 12pm they make me wait for 1 hour , they said they didn't clean the room yet. Room was ok ok, bathroom was average and overall stay was average , no disappointment according to price (1600) but can be better

I wanted to share my feedback about my recent stay. The service and staff were excellent, and we appreciated the efforts made to ensure our comfort. However, we did experience a problem with bed bugs in our room, which made it difficult to sleep at night. We hope you will take steps to address this issue to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.

Ac was fully leaking water on the floor all night. Closet doors were loose and handle was broken. Bathroom was too small

The location is excellent for travelers — the bus stand, railway station, and Chikpet market are all within a 1 km radius. It’s also surrounded by many good restaurants, and the hotel itself serves a tasty and satisfying breakfast. The staff are polite and well-behaved, though there might be a slight inconvenience during check-in as they may charge an extra ₹500 for early check-in. The rooms are well-organized, spacious, and clean, offering a comfortable experience. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay, especially for those looking for easy access to major transport points and markets.

The hotel is located at the central point of Bengaluru accessible to many important spots. Had a wonderful experience specially the last moment before check out. 😀 Which I will never forget.

Through MMT. Found location through Uber service. We had good restaurants nearby. Safe for families. Feels like home. The breakfast service is good, and the room service is okay. However, the restroom floor is very slippery, and it’s easy to fall while bathing. The price is affordable, and the room includes AC, TV, and hot water facilities.

The stay was really Awesome. cleanliness was so good and also the buffet breakfast they provided was completely satisfied!!

Stayed with my family members and everything was really awesome and ya not to forget breakfadt. Parking was also good

Nice stay with arafa in hotel nice room comfortable bedroom room is small but is good enough for 2 people and room sarvice is very nice and reception person is welcoming is very nice and check in very fast and simple he talking very politely nice 👍 I come any time stay in this hotel

The rooms were small Washrooms not so clean Bad smell in the rooms and corridor Hot water not available

Overall hotel Arafa Inn is excellent very neat and clean and the staff is very caring. I came here along with my family and we are very happy with overall service...

Hotel room was nice. Staffs were also nice. Breakfast was really good. Windows need cleaning from outside. And shower was leaking. Everything else was great.

They have a buffet for breakfast, The location is surrounded by many hotels and bars. The ambience is nice and the rooms are clean.

Everything was excellent except receptionist staff ( he is working night shift I guess as his duty finishes at 8.30 am), who is on the night shift was not cooperative. We reached the hotel at 6:30 am and the receptionist informed us that early check-in is not allowed, we sat on the sofa and after one hour I requested him again, that time he said that the early check would be chargeable. I told him that we would check out early within 24 hours but he refused and finally, they gave us the room at 9:15 am. Second issue, we lost our two ID cards in a small wallet(there is no money). When we asked the receptionist he said he couldn’t find. I requested him to check the camera during the check in time, but he said that camera is not working in that area and only 4 cameras are working as showing in the tv. Then he said that he don’t have access to open the camera. We are not sure that we missed the ID wallet in the reception area but if they check the camera, we can clear the doubt and it is good for both parties.

best hote near ksr railway station. economical with hygiene. breakfast was also good . highly recommended

Good hotel near by the station and excellent location. Complementary breakfast is average with limited options.
