the service was extremely slow and they charged for water when its supposed to be complimentary,even though the neighbouring room was blasting music and enjoying,we were the ones who were called and scolded for,its the worst experience i have ever experienced

The hotel was good. Rooms were clean and tidy. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Food was good. The staff is friendly and helpful. But the rooms have no ceiling fan, only AC, so it gets chilly in the night. Also there were mosquitoes, though mosquito repellent was provided upon request

over all it was good 24 hrs hot water, good AC, TV for news and other entertainment. quick room service if you need any food. clean also. friendly staff. I just stayed one day.

Second time iit was first one far better than second time and I would say in second time had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room had a constant foul smell, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. On top of that, the bathroom switches were faulty and not functioning properly, which was both inconvenient and unsafe. To make matters worse, the room was clearly not cleaned well before my check-in — it felt neglected and unhygienic. I expected at least basic cleanliness and proper maintenance, but unfortunately, this stay did not meet those standards. Definitely not worth the price.

Property was good an neat. But room service was not as expected. They took one hour to get the water bottle to the room service. Rest everything was good

Excellent staff and behaviour. Clean place. Nice breakfast. Stayed there for 5 days continuous and asked them to clean all days which was done meticulously. Didn’t rate 5 cos there was a hand shower which was leaking but they failed to notice and since I was on work travel way too busy to inform. Also left the last 5 start to anyone else coming in next.

It was lagging basic things. 1)No water bottle. 2) No towels 3) No green tea bags 4)noises were heard from outside.
