My Stay Experience at Ginger Hotel (18th Oct – 08th Oct 2025) I had a wonderful stay at Ginger Hotel from 18th October to 8th Oct 2025. The overall experience was extremely comfortable and pleasant. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Special thanks to Wasim, Akanksha, Pooja, Leo, Raj & Prema from Front Desk Team, and Faiz from House Keeping Tram and Naveen from Food & Beverage Team for their excellent support and hospitality. The housekeeping, Food & Beverage and front desk teams ensured everything was well taken care of throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the service quality exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the warmth and professionalism shown by the entire team. Highly recommend Ginger Hotel for both business and leisure travelers — looking forward to staying here again!

This stay was an utter disappointment. The room looked neglected, the bathroom was downright filthy, and cleanliness seemed completely ignored. The so-called buffet was a joke with dreadful food quality, and the service managed to be even worse. Nothing about this place was worth the money or the misery.

I had booked a Luxe Double Room for 2 nights through MakeMyTrip, which included basic amenities such as a wardrobe. However, upon check-in, I was provided with a very compact room that appeared to be meant for day use and did not have a wardrobe. I immediately raised a complaint with MakeMyTrip customer care. Soon after, I received a call from the hotel reception staff, who insisted that the room provided was what I had booked. They also mentioned that I would need to pay extra money for an upgrade. However, I strongly refused to pay any extra money and insisted that they provide me the room I had already paid for. Furthermore, when I went to the reception to change the room key, one of the female staff members behaved rudely and told me that I should address the issue directly with the hotel instead of contacting MakeMyTrip. This experience was extremely disappointing and amounts to clear cheating and misrepresentation. I never expected such behaviour from Ginger Hotels. I request you to look into this matter seriously and provide an explanation as to why I was initially given a downgraded room and treated unprofessionally by the staff.

My stay was truly delightful, The property’s location was excellent , easily accessible yet peaceful. The food was fresh and flavorful with good variety every day. Amenities were well-maintained, and the service staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, a wonderful experience that made me feel completely at home. Would definitely visit again

Very bad and the afternoon lunch price was too heigh they have kept minimum food in unlimited with 5-6 varieties and charged 599 + tax for each person

The Hotel rooms are a bit small, and the food is good. There is no option to mark "Do Not Disturb" on the room doors to deny room service.
