There was no water supply at all in the hotel. We didn't get water to even wash our hands until the next day. Also the room service was terrible.

Bathroom and room were not clean, water leaked from tap and bucket was the dirtiest. No proper sockets, bed was not nice. The reception is saying if you have booked we should actually keep waiting you till 2pm instead of 12pm check in because oyo and all does not give money to them instantly itseems.

The room, linen, and washroom were not clean. Do not recommend staying here. The place smelled unpleasant too

There's no daily cleaning which the property does for the room. I had to call them multiple times to clean it. The flush wasn't working and after several reminders as well, they didn't fix it which was extremely inconvenient! the only plus is it's location. If you're booking this it means you're priroitizing location over hygiene.

Whose seating over the counter the staff was terrible he was asking me to pay offline ₹1200 than I said I have already booked then they said if u ve booked there is no room available than I asked him to cancel it from his side but he refused ,at-last i waited there for 2 hours after talking to some manager even she help thou after getting the room also it was horrible too bad smell,no water, no Ác, no tv, no shower and even toilet seat was too dirty

Stay was okay. Cleanliness should be improved a lot. And rooms should be cleaned without asking for it for a long stay.

It was the worst experience. The room was totally wrecked. Broken switch board. No water and services were poor. It was showing as an ac room but it was not working. Tv is not even turning on. Overall the worst experience i ever had in my life.

Bathroom not in properly

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a very disappointing experience. The place was extremely dirty, with a bad smell lingering throughout. The staff were unprofessional, frequently asking for more money without providing any bills. Their behavior was rude and unhelpful, making the stay even more unpleasant. Overall, this hotel is not a suitable place to stay, and i would not recommend it to anyone. It was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience, certainly not worth the money. Avoid staying here if you can.

Its a worst experience that i got with this hotel. When i entered into the hotel first they haven't accepted for booking. Next the bed sheets haven't changed in the room. Too many cockroaches in the room. Hot water won't come soon, it took almost 2hrs. Room service is very bad.

Nice stay in this hotel, some far from my work place but it's good place to stay i recommend people to stay here

It wasn’t hygienic at all. The glass which were given was pure used, no cleanliness at all. If you can extra bucks go for another one.

Don’t go in this hotel, no work in any room, they told ac room is not vacant, pols check in non ac room when ac room vacant we are transferring. But after check in they always say sorry sir ac room not vacant

Worst experience. The hotel staff asked for extra 300 rupees in the name of water tax even after i booked and paid. Room and bathroom was dirty the almirah door was broken and kept aside and the dustbin was not clean. We get room which is on 4th floor and the lift was not working. Very upset with this hotel.
