Service poor. Rooms not cleaned. Rooms not kept ready, inspite of calling beforehand. Bathrooms are dirty, water not available in the washroom, extra bed provided is like mat and is 600/-..only on Mmt we have booked hotel for 7 guests for a particular amount 1 month prior but after reaching the hotel we were kept waiting for 30 minutes. One of the rooms we took had a bath room which contained belongings of previous guests. That indicates their housekeeping levels .They've brought an argument regarding the price of the room which isn't even mentioned . If the management is checking this review, Get your services perfect beforehand rather than quarrelling with guests who have come to your hotel late night The only good aspect was the AC in the room
