worst hotel I ever stayed. no TV no geyser wifi very slow.staff is very rude while talking.charging for 1 ltr of bottle too.they didn't provide even mosquito coil.seepage issue in bathroom water all over that too they didn't clean with wiper.dont ever stay in this hotel.

Location is good but no TV , no hot water, washroom are not clean. Room service is also bad. Totally bad experience

Room stinks. Toiletries are way below standards and local cheap. Towels are like floor mats. Bed comforters and linen are stinking and pretty old. Water overflows from top floor till reception lobby.

I had stayed for 2 days and thats what my mistake was. The room was okaish with damp walls, no toiletries, no towel, had cockroch in the room. Bedsheet was old and with holes. No bucket and shower tap, had requested to provide one, the manager had given a very dirty one. When i arrived there was no water supply. Had multiple long powercuts at night which woke me up spite having a genset at the property. There was smell of liquor and whatnot. I asked mm t to cancel my second day booking as there was no water in the morning when i wanted to be ready for my office visit. There was no mineral water provided. On request the manager has provided ro water in a bottle. The only good thing i can say is the secure location with gates society if you have a vehicle.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy, ensuring a great experience.
