I chose the highest payment room that was offered by the guest house, the room is small and the image of the room is also tampered instead of giving queen size bad they offered me two single bad yes i would like to mention that the staff is good

One of the best hotel we have visited in our lifetime. Extremely well behaved staffs. Everyone are so much cooperative at any situations. Superb Location. Well maintained and decorated rooms. Everything are top knotch. We stayed here for 5 days for our wedding venue and our experience was awesome. We are highly recommending this property for any occasions. Lastly, specifically the manager of this hotel, I can't remember his name, he is truly a gem for this hotel. We will surely looking forward to stay this hotel soon and must recommend 👌 to our family members. Thanks 😊.

the worst experience faced, outside the hotel, there was lot of smell, literally baas aa raha , near hotel one mosque is there so you are not able to sleep properly, they continue speaking on speaker. so please don't visit this place otherwise you will feel like hell .

Rooms are good but ACs are not working properly and the view from window is average and light are dim

There was no food there, the room was not up to the mark, the bedsheets were not clean enough. And the bathroom was okay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were neat and clean, and the hotel’s location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were very helpful and courteous, which made my stay even more enjoyable. One evening, i needed warm water, and the staff promptly brought them to my room with a smile. However, it was a bit noisy at night, which might be a concern for light sleepers. Additionally, there is no kitchen available for guests, so dining options are limited to nearby restaurants. Despite these points, i would recommend it for its cleanliness, convenient location, and friendly staff.

Used and smelly blankets. No soap in bathroom. No water bottle in room. Paucity of staff.

Room appeared clean, staff appeared humble, stayed for 4 days, surprise to see no mosquitos, a few cockroaches are there. However provision of food in hotel, availability of lift, cleanliness of pillow/replacement of old dirty pillows, partial broken stuffs. It is close to belgachhia metro but far from hawara station. Locality is good for nonveg eating personal however we are a vaishnav, we don't eat even onion and garlic so we remained mostly dependent on fruits.

Terrible experience. Had to check in late due to delay in flight. Hotel gates were closed and had to wake them up by banging on the door for 10mins. Found receptionist and helper drunk. Also no lift in the building. They don't give you sealed bottled water and bedsheet was all torn. Very old property.

Location was good. Food not served. As far as amenities are concerned hot cattle not available and an extra bed not available. Though services of hotel staff was good.
