My stay at the Riverside Hotel was good overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. While not an exceptional experience, it was pleasant and I’d consider staying here again.

At the time of check in, it is observed that the the bedsheet, pillow cover, blanket cover supplied are already used. also few bugs like cockroach can be seen inside the room. Rest all good as per price range.

Friendly, Comfortable, Excellent staff service, And willing to help with a smile, The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, Walking distance to reach the railway station & couple of minutes' walking distance if added to previous travelling then you reached the Belgachhia Metro Station.

Everything was fine, but they should have provided an ac comforter , the blanket they provided was dirty and alcohol smell was coming from it. I didn't use it, If I had asked they would have provided a replacement. But I think we don't have to ask they should check these before providing a room. Otherwise everything was good. Staffs are good. Food was also good.

There is no mercy for early check in. My train arrived at 8.00 am and hotel says your check in time is 12.00 pm so i have paid 560 rs including gst extra for early check in. Food quality is good but staff serves late if they are busy to have own lunch aur dinner.

First of all when we are making the booking through make my trip, what you are showing while booking the room, the same is totally different at the place of stay. In my case I have booked the room under AC super delux category - price-3000/- but thru make my trip it comes to 2069/-+GST. But in their hotel the room we were given was AC delux, whose price was 2400/+GST, which in personal bargaining can come to 2000/-+GST. so what is the use of booking through your app. That means make my trip is cheating its customer by making false advertisement/discount etc.
