we booked the premium room with street view looking at the view it displayed on mmt BUT it was very disappointing that we were not given the same room without any view and felt cheated. There was no parking also and had to park vehicle on the street across. The room service was not responding at all there was no staff to attend. did not provide dental kits. felt suffocated in the room.

Piccadilly Chandigarh is located centrally to reach all locations in tricity. I stayed 2nd time, breakfast buffet is not very versatile comparing to room tarrif. Shower water flow is very slow

very poor response.if we touch in detail 1. No hot water in geyser 2. Tata sky subscription not available 3.AC not able to operate 4.Toilet not functioning 5.Buffet no there 6.Fooda for Kids below 5years is chargeable and not acceptable 7.ordering food inside room for kids claims chargeable which is not ok. 8.only one dental kit was available 9.No floor mats were available 10.overall not a good hotel.not gud for family No hot water, no floor mats no dental kits,paid amount for food but kids below 5years saying food chargeable,AC not able to make low or High,no buffet,no mutton food menu,no professionals

Room was clean and spacious, but did not offer us freakfast though we have paid for it wjile booking even till 7.45am as ee had to catch the domestic flight at 9.50, Though front office said breask fast will be ready at 7 am,then 7.30. we left the hotel without breaskfast as it was not ready till 7.45am.

Lots of faults in the room. Toilet holder broken Shower was ok sink was leaking room. 207. Not good experience. Standard has gone down compare to few years ago.
