Hygiene which any one look for ... I am happy for the neatness of the hotel

Hotel Ambience, Staff service, Rooms, Complementary breakfast are good. I didn't try the restaurant food but it's available here.

I stayed here for three consecutive days this month with my wife. The location was excellent for me, near to the Motherhood hospital. The proximity to two outstanding restaurants was a bonus point. I give 5 out of 5 to the service, cleanliness etc also.

the hotel ambience is very pleasant and welcoming. the room is spacious, featuring a comfortable sofa and table—ideal for receiving guests. it is well-equipped with basic amenities such as an electric kettle, complimentary tea and coffee sachets, and a large glass bottle filled with ro-filtered water. the bathroom is clean, modern, and stylishly designed. overall, the stay was good and comfortable.

I couldn't sleep in night due to heavy noise in surrounding one of the ac outdoor of other close building was too large

Stay was nice, rooms are clean and hygiene maintenance also good. The hot water was not coming after ten minutes that was highly disappointed. It was my second time in same hotel and as its near airport. comparatively it was less traffic and food outside was good.

It’s was great and wonderful i always prefer this one for a stay

Stay is good but staff is not very friendly they are very much opportunitics. I need 2 hours of early check-in, they have charged a huge amount for that.

Was very pathetic service,jet failed while i was using bathroom,i was getting late and suggersted to change room

It was a pleasant experience in La Sara pride, Basawaraj and all the staffs were helpful and polite.

Overall nice, but charges extra for snaks, cleaniness was okay but no soap provided, only shampoo, staff was nice and helpful

the front desk is not friendly and they handle simple issues of customers and every time they say it's a non cancellation booking talk to MMT

Room is not cleaned itself, it is very bad smell including towels bed. Cigarettes smoke smell.

Such a horrible experience for two days and I had booked in advance and it was non refundable booking. I have visited La SARA hotels in other locations but this one was pathetic and very bad stay and service

Good service and staff. They provide morning Breakfast. Also a good restaurant in the same building
