Great GYM with fully functioning equipment :D. Rating 3 just for food. Average rooms with good service. Overall, not worth.

Pretty average experience... inspite of booking for an extra night to accomodate early check-in and calling hotel in advance about my arrival, I was told on arrival that room wasn't ready and that my room was given to some other customer. After almost an hour waiting, I was rushed to a room that had leaky Bathroom flush, electric kettle didn't work, internal phone wasn't working... breakfast at 9 am ran out of stock

Property is probably recently renovated. Some of the facilities seem new and some repaired. The staff seems pretty new, especially those in the dining area. No complaints as such, they tried hard to ensure satisfaction. However, a little training would definitely make things better at first go. The location is the main selling point for this property

The bedsheet and blanket had slight stains. The bathroom was clean but had rain damp smell. The plus point was breakfast and hospitality. The food was very good. And the staff was very helpful and attentive.

Very bad experience. When I am entering the room, the restaurant reception staff will look like they are told 3% but I am in my booking one child very bad, very bad and also smell in the room.

Worst experience from the hotel service desk staff as they are not cooperative at all. They don't bother the expectation from the guests.

I am having an exceptional stay at Hotel Liverpool Blue, Bangalore. Right from the moment I arrived, the service was heartwarming— with a greeting with "Dia" and "teeka". The receptionists were warm, professional, and consistently attentive. The dining room was excellent, offering a welcoming and well-maintained environment. The buffet spread for breakfast was impressive, with a wide range of delicious and fresh options to suit all tastes at the cost of a very low price. The quality of food was truly commendable — everything was well-prepared and flavorful. The rooms were neatly arranged daily by the housekeeping team. Overall, Hotel Liverpool Blue exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangalore and looking for a comfortable stay within a budget friendly range with very good service and dining. I have extended my stay here for two more days.

location was pretty good, room maintenance wasn't up to the mark, hospitality was pretty good. overall it was not so bad but could be done better with proper maintenance of rooms

Room is quite small - to the point where u feel claustrophobic

The room was very small. There was no table to have food, i had to eat on the bed itself. The tv unit was old. The window was opening in to a corridor, where we walk to the room. So, couldn't open the window also. Bathroom was tiny. For these type of rooms, they shouldn't charge that much.

The hotel is very poorly maintained! there are cockroaches in the room! the bed was in a bad shape! lights don't work properly. The room would not be cleaned until requested and then they say they have a single person who is cleaning another room so it takes time! at the time of check-out i was told there's nothing to pay. Later someone texts me saying there's a pending bill to clear! this is just ridiculous and very poor management!

Food, people and rooms are good. Parking is a problem for low floor and small cars. Location is good.
