I am writing to formally register a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at one of your affiliated hotels. The property we checked into was in an extremely unhygienic condition, both in terms of the room and the washroom facilities.
Within just two hours of checking in, I started experiencing severe rashes all over my body. This health issue began shortly after using the facilities, and I firmly believe it is a direct result of the unhygienic conditions at the property. I am currently still suffering from these rashes and am extremely distressed by the situation.
This is a matter of serious concern, as it clearly reflects a disregard for the basic health and hygiene standards expected from a reputed brand like OYO. It is deeply disappointing and unacceptable that such poor standards are being maintained.
I have attached photographic and medical evidence to support my complaint, and I request you to look into this issue as a matter of urgency. I expect a full explanation, an immediate investigation into the condition of the hotel, and a suitable resolution, including a refund and assurance that appropriate action will be taken.
