EARLY CHECK IN GIVEN BATHROOM NOT MUCH HIGENE OK FOR SOLO BUSINSS TRAVELLING OK FOR SOLO TRAVELLERS.

The room was dark and uninviting, creating a depressing atmosphere. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making the experience even worse. I felt unsafe throughout.

During my stay when i visited the place the staff was too much supportive guided me as solo traveller in best way! i didn't stayed at room for long but appreciate the support from staff members

The rooms were very neat and washroom was cleanly maintained. I came that city to explore places there, all facilities were upto expectation. I strongly suggest to provide food facilities also within affordable prices. Thank you. I didn't take any pictures. I am sorry

It was not at all what was in photo given. All dirty. There was no hot water, pillows and towels were stained.

Location is great, very close to office areas. Number of market and shopping complexes nearby. Room is quiet

Extremely rude staff. While checking in, r help with my luggage. The receptionist mentioned "why don't you ask your auto wallah to get it inside your room" what kind of receptionist allows outside drivers to get inside a guest 's room ? only when i kept on requesting (because my luggage very heavy) did the help. Except the entrance and exterior, none of the images match. No toiletries provided in washroom. The cabinet was locked and a sofa was pushed up against it so that no one can look inside. Water from washroom and sink flooded on the room. At night (around 9:30, there was no one at the entrance and the main door of the hotel was wide open. No security personnel or receptionist - any stranger could have entered. I stayed on 10th, it was a very stormy evening and the entire hotel corridor, stairs and passages alike, were left without electricity. It felt like a very bad, scary, detached part of the world. A godforsaken place. Feeling helpless, i had to leave early on 11th, even though my booking was till 16th. I demand to take action. This experience feels like an unreal nightmare. Please take action.

This stay is right at the nallurahalli circle, so its easy to reach the nearby tech offices in whitefield. Rooms are adequate, bathroom is bit small for my liking. I personally dont like the washbasin in the bed room area. Dustbin also not clean, mainly because they never use the garbage bags. There is scope for improvement. Cheers.
