Review Of Liwa - The Transit Hotel

Easy to do booking at any time. So I like this at the competitive prices. But we request to book hotels at early morning instead of 11 am or 1 pm. We request for 6 am

Hotel is descent comfortable with good ambience. Food inside hotel is very good.

The stay was very comfortable, food was good too! Coffee.. not much. But the cleanliness was spot on

Location excellent, surroundings cool, Property is good and clean but issue is Basics, lift doesn’t work properly and mainly used by stuff and even if you more than one even two physical room keys are only one you get 🦋

front desk staffs are very very arrogant ..the person who helped to check in ,in front desk was very rude and arrogat

In General hotel is goo. Stay was average.. Had to give multiple requests for an extra towel.. since they had not provided hand towels. Even bathroom needs was provided to onky one person inspite of couple booking. And had to give multiple calls for Dinning for missing items... BUT BILL WAS TAKEN IN ADVANCE BUT MISSED ITEMS NEED REMINDERS.. REALLY HAD NOT PLEASANT ONE THIS TIME..EARLIER WAS GOOD THOUGH

I had a good stay for a night. Love the ambience, peaceful location, old style interiors and superb food.

Rooms are big and clean. The location is good as it is on Airport Road. Near the Mall of Asia. Parking space available. Not a congested place. Options are less in the breakfast. Quality can be improved.

Stay was good. But the hotel has black theme in and out of hotel. Which feels dull and dark. Doesn't make us fresh mood.

This is my 3rd time i stay there due to some unavoidable reason.The cleanliness and hygiene is poor.the staff is not trained at all on hospitality it appears.the ambience is depressing to say the least. It's black tiled all over. The food is kept minimal and cook staff has least care for hygiene and cleanliness. Front staff lacks is basic knowledge of hospitality.
