Good hotel in the best location
Its good stay for family as well business travellers. Comfort and service were okay. For the telecom issue and multiple follow ups in few situations I given 4 star else it maybe 5star.

Good Stay
The stay was pleasant. The staff was polite and very helpful and all facilities were as shown on the site. The hygiene and room service was nice. It was also great to have a good hotel on the top floor.

Poor stay. Room offered was very ubecpected for the price charged. Washroom fittings were not working properly.

This has been my go to hotel since 4 months now in Bangalore. The staff is very cooperative and polite. Clean rooms and perfect amenities. No complaints whatsoever

Pathetic and worst stay ever
The room was large but smelled bad, and there were only 5 items for breakfast, including Idli, Rice, Medu Vada, and only tea. There was no juice, dosa, or eggs. The bathroom was smelly, and the tap was damaged. The jet spray was also not working; after a couple of calls, someone visited after 45 minutes. Only 1 mineral water bottle was provided.

The property is too well situated in a very good location. Stores malls restaurant are nearby, just opposite to prestige tech park, orr road. Everyday cleaning, and room service is very good and always available. Stuffs are very good.
