The property was not well maintained It was not clean Bad smell in room

The matress was broken. When we asked for room replacement they told nothing else is available and AC also wasnt working but we had to putup as we have already paid and took the room

maintainance of property is worst. no proper response in reception. Hotel rooms are not good. bed is not comfortable. Bad smell from pillow cover and bed covers. poor maintenance. we could not stay for 1 hour there. immediately we checkout from the hotel. first time I had a worst experience with this hotel.

Bad room no towel provided bedshet and pillow was not clean bed was damaged and inside that pillow was adjusted by hotel people. In morning water was not there in washroom .

No wifi provided. Bathroom door sounded terrible and was not able to lock the door. Smell near lifts were horrible

Facilities was very bad ,TV was not working, AC not working, wifi service not working it was very bad experience

There were cockroaches and mosquitoes present everywhere, packaged mineral water is not provided to drink, no door mats outside the washroom, balcony was dirty with cigarettes butts and pigeon poops.

Hotel is in horrible condition with smell and too many mosquitoes, bad smell all over the place , do not visit with family
