Food denied first even with complementary in booking voucher. Out of two rooms one room has not working AC and room is full with mosquito. Inform instantly regarding this and promise to change room within two hours. But at last they didn’t change room at all. Kindly refund one room full amount and breakfast amount ASAP.

this was a very bad property . online the saw three star but it's not to star. not food available & very connected room, soap not given & bad smell in room. washroom was bad.

I have always known Treebo Club hotels to be budget-friendly and offer a great experience. However, my stay at Itsy Hotels Galaxy Suites fell short of expectations. The biggest issue was the bedding, which didn’t seem to have been replaced after the previous guest’s stay. Additionally, the room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, likely from the previous occupant, and it wasn’t properly aired out. Unfortunately, this made my two-night stay quite uncomfortable as I had to endure the unpleasant odor throughout.

soloit was a very bad experience, there is a bar in the hotel. people in the bar were continuously knocking door @ late at night. the environment was quite unsafe, hence had to check out within 1 day. I had to book another hotel, lost my entire amount paid @ this hotel

Beware. One of the worst places to stay in. No proper hygiene, broken toilet and shower head. No proper response from staff. They access the allotted room without prior permission. Don't fall for those fake reviews on google. Please check the room before you book.

Hotel management don't respect or not even care to booking guests. What ever u ask (i. E. Tooth brush, paste, comb, soap) office boys has single dialogue that "sorry sir, out of stock" then what is the point of running hotel.

Location is in city, as i wanted property was clean, hot water is available. Staff was polite. Breakfast was included in my package however timing is from 8am, but its given after 8:30am (time to prepare) breakfast was good, taste was good.
