Good staff. Very coperative. Room delivery is allowed from Swiggy n all. Rooms are smelly. Too small rooms and too small washroom. Water n facilities can be improved

The property is not a hotel it's a hostel co living plus a hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are not clean and the common premises are also not clean. The actual condition is way different. It's good for bachelors and not for families.

We booked for 2 rooms . When we went there , one room is cleaning they given only 1 room @1pm. And we asked to extend one hr extra they did not accept that too. And its very clearly mentioned breakfast is included. They provided breakfast for only one person as we booked for 4 people in 2 rooms . The front dusk staff the lady was having too much bad manners on her hand . Over all the experience was terrible.

service was very poor, we have to check in at 12 but we went at 3 , still then room was not available, it took more 1 hr to access the room, bathroom was too small and improperly maintained,bad smell was coming, and we could nt even lock the bathroom door as no door accessories were there. many were there sitting in the reception a long waiting access to the room.
