Everything is good but on the last day we faced a water problem, that's not an issue stay is good and clean

The owner has informed me that all rooms are full, when i reach there. Then shifted somewhere else the place was pathetic. Not recommended at all

Good environment and nice location

We stayed for 8 days recently. Room 301 and 302. The owner Mr. Reddy showed flexibility by extending our stay and allotting our desired rooms (1bhk flats) on same floor. The caretaker Mr. Raju stays with his small family in the premises and attends to all our requirements, plus daily housekeeping of each room. The kitchen is full fledged with gas, stove, utensils and cutlery. Also water dispenser and washing machine. AC rooms. CCTV on corridors for safety. The area has ample availability of veg and non veg foods, vegetables and groceries at affordable prices. Swiggy and Zomato deliveries are just a click away. We highly recommend this place. Great value for money.

The residency owner called me to let know that the apartment had issues and allotted similar one showing pictures earlier. I liked that gesture. Apartment is clean and smells good however the ground floor has too much of stuff which gives a poor hygienic appearance. The ceiling fan alignment was bad hence didn't use it. Though the geyser worked fine, the flow of water is so slow that i had to wait for 15 minutes to fill a bucket. The hands free gun didn't work in the toilet however the commod was clean. Per day charges for this stay i felt is too expensive, ideally for this place it should be less than 1500. That's all from my side, thanks.

The place was very difficult to find. However, the owner and the caretaker were very nice and helped in finding the place. I guess they could've provided sealed water bottles in the room because the can-water looks old.

It's basically serviced apartment with all amenities like wifi, gas stove bed utensils a very good and hygiene apartment maids are cleaning dily

A horrible accident happened to me in this stay at sai residency. Gas pipe all of a sudden busted and it made a huge noise then gas started leaking, i ran down to care taker but he was also not behaving properly. It was a very very bad experience
